“This has been another great year for the Attack and our volunteer usher program”, said Attack Coordinator of Community Relations Evan Longland, “Being able to provide over $29,000 between our 36 home games this year to local charities and volunteer groups means that we can spread our reach locally and give back. We have heard great feedback from groups again this season for this opportunity, and it ensures our fans have a consistent experience at each and every home game.”
Groups involved this season with the Attack’s charity usher initiative include: The Scenic City Order of Good Cheer, Active Lifestyle Centre Grey-Bruce, the Rotary Club of Owen Sound, Alzheimer’s Society of Grey-Bruce, Kiwanis Club of Owen Sound, the Elmwood Chamber of Commerce, and Walk for Courage among others.
