OA Interview: Jax Dubois
Jax Dubois is set to play in his final regular season Ontario Hockey League game on March 23rd at Slush Puppie Place. The overage forward has appeared in 181 games since being drafted in the 14th round of the 2019 OHL Priority Selection by the Peterborough Petes. Dubois has scored 43 goals and 64 assists over his career for a total of 107 points. He is best known for his dominance in the faceoff circles.
One of Dubois’ biggest accomplishments during his OHL career was capturing an OHL Championship and appearing in the 2023 Memorial Cup. Jax was acquired by the Kingston Frontenacs at the 2024 trade deadline and has been a consistent point producer and faceoff specialist for the team. He currently leads the OHL in faceoff wins by a large margin and is poised to win the stat category by a landslide.
The Kingston Frontenacs would like to congratulate Jax on an outstanding OHL career. Although his time with Kingston has been short, his impact has been profound.
