CMHA Talk Today Training Session
The Attack have taken to the books and had their annual CMHA Talk Today Training Session last night. Players were placed into small groups to discuss the importance of mental health in sports and the signs that may show when dealing with mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression.
The Owen Sound Attack would like to thank Jackie and Sarah from CMHA Grey Bruce for coming in to speak and look forward to working together in the future.
