Ticket Ownership
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable following purchase. Game time and team subject to change without notice. The ticket is void when declared, by the season ticket holder, lost or stolen.
The use of audio recorders, flash photography, video recording devices and laser pointers are prohibited. Professional photography requires the written permission of management. Management reserves the right to renew and/or cancel season tickets. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, bylaws, regulations and facility rules. In conformance with facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices and bundles or containers of any kind, which may include, but not limited to pocketbooks, purses, bags, ice chests, backpacks, cans, bottles, camera or binocular cases, and coats, blankets or shawls not being worn, may not be brought into the premises. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his or her person and belongings to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws and facility regulations and rules. Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing hereon and expel from the premises any person deemed objectionable. Expulsion cancels and forfeits this ticket and the holder there upon waivers and forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.
Fan Safety
The ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any game or event and hereby agrees to assume the same. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any game or event which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of game or event performance. Protective netting has been placed at both ends of the ice to increase safety but please give your full attention to the game at all times.
Photo Policy
The ticket holder grants permission to the CHL (and its teams, designees and agents) to utilize the ticket holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements whether individually or in a crowd, in any live or recorded audio, visual, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event (or activities carried on in connection therewith) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
Game Night Entrance/Exit Policies
Entrances
There will be no access to the inside of the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre until the gates open 1-hour prior to puck drop and gates will close as of 1-hour after scheduled puck drop. Our entrances have become the exterior doors of the building.
4:00PM Games: Open – 3:00pm, Close – 5:00pm
7:00PM Games: Open – 6:00pm, Close – 8:00pm
2:00PM Games: Open – 1pm, Close – 3pm
- North East Corner (Dressing Room Entrance –
- North West Corner (Near playground) – When entering here you will be instructed to go directly to the stairs by the banquet halls, entering the concourse level by section H.
- South East Doors (Off Main Lobby Near Elevator) – We encourage anyone needing to use the elevator to access the concourse level to enter through here. If you do not require the elevator you will be instructed to go directly up the stairs entering the concourse level by section Z & A.
- South West Doors (Near water off main lobby) – When entering here you will instructed to go directly up the stairs entering the concourse level by section D and E.
- South End Centre Doors (Box Office Entrance) – These doors will only be used for those who need to pick up or purchase walk-up tickets should they be available for a game, and game night staff.
- If you choose to pick up your tickets prior to when gates open 1-hour to puck drop, you will be asked to leave the building and enter through one of the other 3 entrances when gates do open.
- If gates are open, we will scan your tickets upon pick up and you will be asked to head up to the concourse on one of the two stairwells in the south end. Please have everyone who is attending the game with you come into the box office so they can enter.
Reminder, that lower bowl access (through dressing room hallways) will be strictly restricted to staff and players only (no exceptions), so please take this into consideration when selecting your seat. The impacted sections are from section J to P.
To speed up the entry process we ask that everyone have their tickets out and ready to be checked before reaching our staff members. This includes:
- Game Ticket (Printed or on mobile device)
- Bag/Purse open (if carrying one) – Bag checks are mandatory for those entering the building.
No Re-Entry
The Owen Sound Attack have instituted a NO RE-ENTRY policy this season. This means once you have had your ticket scanned into the game, if you choose to leave the Harry Lumley Bayshore for ANY reason you will not be permitted back in, NO EXCEPTIONS!
