Where are my seats located?
Seat locations depend on which pack you purchase:
- 10 & 20 Flex Pack: Available in end, corner, and side sections (Club not included)
- 20 Club Flex Pack: Seats are located in Club Sections 101–104
How do I redeem my tickets?
For Flex Packs Holders convenience, there are two options to redeem tickets. Flex Pack Holders can call into 780-414-GOAL (4625) and a staff member will manually exchange the vouchers for tickets to any of our 2025-26 regular season home games. These vouchers can also be exchanged by the Holder online through their Oil Kings Account Manager.
When and how will I receive my tickets?
Flex Packs will be available on your Oil Kings Account Manager account in September. Using your email and password, you can login and manage your tickets quickly and easily:
- View your games
- Enter Rogers Place using your mobile ticket
- Forward digital tickets to friends or family at no charge
- Edit your profile
- Change your password
How do I add extra Flex Pack vouchers?

What games can I use my Flex Pack vouchers for?
Flex Pack Holders can use their Flex Pack tickets in any denomination they wish based on availability for any 2025-26 regular season games.
What happens if I cannot make a game in which I redeemed my tickets for?
Unfortunately, once tickets are redeemed for a game, we are unable to accommodate exchanges should you not be able to attend the game.
How do I receive my Oil Kings Concession Credit?
Each pack includes a concession credit, which can be picked up at the sales booth by Section 134 before puck drop or during intermission at any Oil Kings game during the 2025-26 season. Please note that only the primary account holder, with government-issued photo ID, will be able to pick up your concession credit.
- 10 Flex Pack = $10 Oil Kings concession credit
- 20 Flex Pack = $20 Oil Kings concession credit
- 20 Club Flex Pack = $40 Oil Kings concession credit
Credits must be used during the 2025-26 Oil Kings regular season. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no change will be issued for unused balances.
