The Oil Kings are proud to have donated over 2,200lbs of food to Edmonton’s Food Bank during our 2023 Thanksgiving food drive! Fans were encouraged to bring boxes of macaroni and cheese to the Oil Kings Thanksgiving Monday game to use as noise makers throughout the game then drop in donation bins on exit! Boxes of mac and cheese were also available for purchase throughout the game with all proceeds being donated to Edmonton’s Foodbank.

With the help of our amazing fans and Voila Safeway/Sobeys, the Oil Kings were able to donate over 4,000 boxes of mac and cheese as well as an additional $1,100 in cash to Edmonton’s Food Bank.

Edmonton’s Food Bank supports over 35,000 people per month and the Oil Kings are proud to support such an important organization.
