The Oil Kings are proud to team up with Canadian Blood Services and Hockey Gives Blood to help bring awareness about the importance of blood and stem cell donation this season.

Hockey Gives Blood is a non-profit society that was founded in 2018 by former hockey players including Oil Kings head coach Luke Pierce. The organization is dedicated to encouraging members of the hockey community to help save lives and ensure that patients in Canada have access to blood and blood products where and when they need them. Throughout the season, the Oil Kings will take part in various blood drives and want to encourage fans to get involved and #BeAHero.
