Gates Named October’s Academic Player of the Month presented by Georgian College

Owen Sound Attack rookie forward Trent Gates has been named the Attack’s Academic Player of the Month for the month of October presented by Georgian College.

Gates completed the month with an average of 85-percent, including 75 in Advanced Functions, 85 in Kinesiology, 86 in English and 94 in co-operative studies, all University Level courses.  Gates will receive his award prior to Saturday nights game against the Windsor Spitfires at the Bayshore.
