Attack’s Can’t Complete Pre-Season Comeback in North Bay
The Owen Sound Attack dropped their second pre-season game in as many contests, falling 4-2 to the North Bay Battalion in a Saturday matinee affair. The Bears lineup was highlighted by its influx of young players, with many of the veterans still away at NHL Rookie Camps. Though it was a pair of returning players getting the Attack on the board, with Logan LeSage opening the scoring in the first five minutes of the game, and Sam Sedley tying the game just three minutes into the third period. Rookie goalie Corbin Votary made 26 saves on 29 shots in his first appearance in an Attack jersey.
