2024-25 Regular Season Schedule Announced
The Ontario Hockey League announced today the schedule for the 2024-25 regular season for all 20 teams including the Owen Sound Attack. The Attack’s 68 game campaign will be bookended with a set of games against Midwest division rivals the Guelph Storm. The Attack will open their season with a home and home series, first at the Sleeman Centre on Friday, September 27, 2024, then, as previously announced, return home to the Bayshore for their home opener on Saturday, September 28, 2024. The Attack will also conclude their season against the same Storm team on Saturday, March 22, 2024 at the Bayshore.
The home half of the 2024-25 schedule will see the Attack play 24 weekend home games, including 20 Saturday’s and 4 Sunday’s, as well as 10 weeknight games, including 1 Monday, 8 Wednesday and 1 Friday. Game times for the 24-25 season will be similar to last season with the team playing at 2pm on Sunday’s and weeknight and Saturday night games being at 7pm, with the exception of two games, Saturday, November 2, 2024 against Saginaw and Saturday, February 1, 2025 against Ottawa, which will be 4pm start times.
Attack fans won’t have to wait long to see where the team stands in the midwest division with the team playing four of its first five games against division rivals. The Kitchener Rangers first visit to the Bayshore is Saturday, October 5, 2024, while the defending OHL champion London Knights come to town for the first time on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Fans will have to wait a while to see this years edition of the battle of the Bears and Otters with Erie’s first visit coming on Saturday, January 29, 2025. Other key dates include Saturday, November 2, 2024 when the defending Memorial Cup champion Saginaw Spirit come to town and Saturday, February 8, 2025 when new Head Coach Scott Wray will see his former team make their only trip to the Bayshore.
For the Attack road trip fans, the Attack will do their Southwestern Ontario/Michigan weekend the weekend of October 24 to 27, taking on Windsor on the Thursday night, then enjoying an off day, before playing Flint and Saginaw on the Saturday and Sunday. In November, the Bears will head east taking on Peterborough, Kingston and Ottawa, the weekend of November 14 to 17. The Attack will invade Pensilvania to play their annual double header against Erie on March 7 and 8.

With the schedule now set, the Attack will begin booking suite nights in the coming weeks and will release a full promotional/specialty game schedule as well as new single game ticket packages, including a revamp flex pack prior to single game tickets going on sale just before training camp. Anyone wishing to become a new season ticket member or renew their season ticket membership are reminded that the deadline for this is July 31, 2024 and all tickets must be paid in full by this deadline.
