The Edmonton Oil Kings Hockey Club is pleased to support worthwhile charitable and minor sport organizations in the capital region. To request an appearance by Oil Kings players or Louie the Lion, please send a letter outlining your request at least four weeks prior to your event general mail or email to:

All appearance  request letters must meet the following criteria:

• Typed on the organization’s letterhead
• Outline the organization’s goals and objectives
• Description of the event(s)
• Outline the use of players or mascot requested

Only those organizations that have been selected to receive player/mascot appearances will be contacted. The Edmonton Oil Kings attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible, however demand is high, and not all requests can be met.
