Soo @ Owen Sound – 7:30pm: Several players on both sides will not have a hard time getting up for this one! Daniel Catenacci will take on his former team tonight, the one he asked to be traded from this summer, while Andrew Fritsch will make his return to the Bayshore. Both Catenacci and Fritsch have had good starts to their respective seasons. Fritsch has tallied 4 goals and 6 assists in 11 games with a -4 rating while Catenacci sits 5th in OHL scoring with 8 goals and 10 assists in 13 games played with a -1 rating.
The Rising – Kyle Dubas, the youngest GM in the Ontario Hockey League made some bold off-season moves to shake up the Grehounds lineup and so far, it seems to be working. After finishing dead last in the Western Conference last season, they Greyhounds are off to a 7-4 start and sit 4th in the Conference. Attack forward Daniel Catenacci was the teams 1st overall pick in the 2009 OHL Priority Selection and was acquired by the Attack this past August.
Last 10 Games – 7-3-0-0 (3rd in West Division)
Look Out For – Michael Schumacher. No, not the Formula One driver, the hockey player that was dealt to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds as part of the Daniel Catenacci deal. The lanky Swede has impressed early on, tallying 7 goals and 4 assists in 11 games. Schumacher, an LA Kings prospect was the Attack’s First Pick in the 2011 CHL Import Draft.

Wolves @ Attack 2:00pm- Sudbury makes their first and only trip to the Bayshore this season when they roll into town for a Sunday afternoon tilt with your Attack. A reminder to fans, that Sunday is the first Early Bird Season Ticket Holder Rain Check date of the Season. Tickets MUST be redeemed by the END of the 2nd Intermission on Saturday evening. Also, bring your skates to the game as Sunday is the first Bell Skate with the Attack. The Attack will be holding open skates following each and every Sunday afternoon home game of the season.
Hungry Like the Wolf – The Sudbury Wolves are hungry for both wins and goals. As of Friday, the Wolves have scored a league low 23 goals and sit 9th in the Eastern Conference…but this is the OHL and anything can change on a dime. The Wolves DO have firepower. Forward Michael Sgarbossa, who has played for both Barrie and Saginaw has 62 points in 37 games for the Wolves last season after coming over from Saginaw, including 14 more in 8 playoff games. 2010 1st Round Draft Pick Michael Campagna is also due to break out after tallying just 4 points in 8 games.
Last 10 Games – 3-4-1-0 (5th in the Central Division)
Look Out For – Michael Sgarbossa….the San Jose Sharks prospect is due to break out as mentioned above. 10 points in 8 games is nothing to be ashamed about whatsoever, but Sgarbossa absolutely lit the lamp after coming over from Saginaw last year and good players like him don’t stay quiet for long.
