Attack Clinch Home Ice with Point!
With a single point gained in Windsor on Thursday evening, the Owen Sound Attack have clinched home ice advantage for at least the first round of the 2011 OHL Playoffs. Final placing is still up for grabs, but the Attack will play their first Western Conference Quarter Final Game at home when Tim Robinson of the Investors Group presents Quarterfinal game #1 at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre on Friday, March 25th, 7:30pm.
Things will be kicked into high gear at 6:00pm when the Grey Motors Mazda tailgate party gets underway in front of the Bayshore. Fans are invited to come early and check out a great line of Mazda vehicles, listen to some playoff pump up music, take part in a charity BBQ, and get their hands on rally towels and t-shirts that will be given out!
Fans are also reminded to wear white to each remaining home game! White playoff t-shirts will soon be in stock with white rally towels being given out at the first playoff game. Tim Robinson of the Investors Group, Bayshore Broadcasting and Jerry Pfeil and the Staff at Grey Motors Mazda are encouraging you to be loud, be proud and to sink your teeth into some playoff hockey!
Tickets for the Attack’s first two home playoff games are now on sale at the Attack Box Office. They can be purchased by visiting the Box Office or calling (519) 371-7452. Season ticket holders are reminded that their tickets for the first home playoff game (and all subsequent games) will be held until 1:00pm, the day PRIOR to the game.
