The Winterhawks, Fred Meyer and the Oregon Food Bank are teaming up to help end hunger in the Portland Area!

Join us in the fight against hunger in our community as part of Fred Meyer’s “Zero Hunger, Zero Waste” initiative!

Did you know, thanks to the generous donations of Hawks fans, we were able to provide 9,183 meals at this year’s Hawks Fight Hunger game?! That’s an outstanding start, but we are just getting started.  Let’s see what we can continue to provide our community this season!

We don’t just talk the talk, we also walk the walk. Winterhawks players previously donated their time at the Oregon Food Bank bagging potatoes for families in need. Check out the video from their volunteer shift below:
