Eight WHL Graduates commit to the University of Saskatchewan Huskies

Saskatoon, SK — The University of Saskatchewan Huskie menrsquo;s hockey team welcomes 10 recruits to the program for the 2009-10 season, including eight Western Hockey League graduates.Included in the recruitment class are forwards Andrew Bailey, Brennan Bosch, Kyle Bortis, Kyle Ross and Brendan Dowd; defencemen Cody Hobbs, Brett Ward, Ilan Cumberbirch and Brett McCullough; as well as goaltender David Reekie.ldquo;Our goal and purpose all along here at the University of Saskatchewan has been to create an environment that encourages kids to come home to Saskatchewan once they are finished their junior careers,rdquo; said Huskie head coach Dave Adolph.
