Leavitt Machinery Lift of the Month

The Regina Pats are proud to partner with Leavitt Machinery to recognize the people who help lift our community.

The Leavitt Machinery Lift of the Month celebrates individuals who make a positive impact in Regina through leadership, volunteerism, kindness, or service. Whether they’re giving back, supporting others, or making a difference behind the scenes, we want to hear their story.

Each month throughout the season, one nominee will be selected to receive:

• Two (2) tickets to a Regina Pats regular season home game
• A Leavitt Machinery swag bag
• Recognition from the Regina Pats

At the end of the season, all monthly winners will be entered into a community vote to determine the Lift of the Year.

Grand Prize

The Lift of the Year winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to each of the first two Regina Pats home playoff games
• An exclusive arena tour
• A signed Regina Pats stick and puck
• A Leavitt Machinery swag bag

Terms & Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest.
2. Eligibility. To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Leavitt Machinery Lift of the Month nomination form available on the Regina Pats website. All required fields must be completed for an entry to be considered eligible.
3. Monthly Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected each month by Leavitt Machinery from all eligible nominations received during the applicable entry period.
4. Monthly Prize. Each monthly winner will receive:
   • Two (2) tickets to a Regina Pats regular season home game;
   • One (1) Leavitt Machinery swag bag; and
   • Recognition by the Regina Pats.
5. Publicity. By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and agree that the Regina Pats and Leavitt Machinery may publish, reproduce, and share the winner’s name, nomination story, and related content on the Regina Pats website, Regina Pats social media channels, Leavitt Machinery social media channels, and during Regina Pats home games for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
6. Grand Prize. At the conclusion of the monthly contest period, all monthly winners will be eligible for the Lift of the Year community vote. The grand prize winner will receive:
   • Two (2) tickets to each of the first two Regina Pats home playoff games;
   • One (1) exclusive arena tour;
   • One (1) signed Regina Pats stick and puck; and
   • One (1) Leavitt Machinery swag bag.
7. Voting. The Lift of the Year winner will be determined through a public vote. The voting period and winner announcement date will be communicated by the Regina Pats on their official website and social media channels.
8. Content Rights. By submitting an entry, participants grant Leavitt Machinery and the Regina Pats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and reshare submitted stories, photographs (if applicable), and related content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation.
9. Release of Liability. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that Leavitt Machinery, the Regina Pats, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for, and are hereby released from, any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. General. The Regina Pats and Leavitt Machinery reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time and without prior notice, where necessary to ensure the fair administration of the contest or to comply with applicable laws.
