Sting Hockey School Filling Up Fast!

Coach Shawn Camp on the Sting players who have been selected to assist with the hockey school are eagerly awaiting the arrival of August and the 6 to 15 year-olds who have registered.

The full-week program includes 3-hours of ice time per day, off-ice training and fun activities as well as video instruction on the finer points of the game.

Assistant Coach Greg Walters will be on hand along with Sting GM Alan Millar to make sure that every player receives a positive experience from their week.

On Friday of the program, student players will get to experience what Sting players feel every Game Night at the SSEC. They will dress in the Sting room and be heralded onto the ice with the full music and video build-up.

The school runs the weeks of August 15th and 22nd.

Coach Camp has just been selected to head up the World U-18 program this summer, culminating in the World Cup event in the Czech Republic in early August.
