Sting Complete Trade with North Bay Battalion

Sarnia Sting General Manager Dylan Seca announced this afternoon that the Hockey Club has acquired a 2nd round pick in the 2025 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection (KIT), as well as a 3rd round pick in 2027 (OTT) and an 8th round pick in 2027 (NB) from the North Bay Battalion in exchange for defencemen Jonathan Kapageridis and a 2nd round pick in 2027 (SAR).

On the trade Seca shares,

“Jonathan is having a strong season, and is a recent NCAA commit. However with our strong backend and the need to acquire more draft picks we believe this helps the organization moving forward.”
