2023 Training Camp is Underway

The Kingston Frontenacs 2023 training camp is officially underway and all the guys are back and ready to go!

Fans are welcome to attend the four open team scrimmages which will take place at the Leon’s Centre on Thursday, August 31st and Friday, September 1st. For full details on dates and times of the open scrimmages, please see below.

Thursday, August 31st, 2023:
Scrimmage #1: Team Black vs. Team Gold – 9:30am-10:30am
Scrimmage #2: Team Grey vs. Team Gold – 1:30pm-2:30pm
Scrimmage #3: Team Grey vs. Team Black – 6:00pm-7:00pm

Friday, September 1st, 2023:
Scrimmage #4: Team Black vs. Team Gold – 9:00am-11:00am

• All three teams will be put back into two teams for the final scrimmage.
