Kingston Frontenacs Announce 2023 Training Camp Team Rosters
The Kingston Frontenacs have released their 2023 training camp roster, composed of 52 players who will hit the ice on Wednesday, August 30th at Leon’s Centre in preparation for the upcoming 2023-24 season.
The Kingston Frontenacs will bring 27 forwards, 19 defencemen and 6 goaltenders to Kingston to participate in on-ice and off-ice training as well as participating in four team scrimmages.
Players attending the camp will be split into three teams that go head-to-head in four scrimmages on August 31st and September 1st. Each scrimmage will be open to the public and fans can enjoy the matchups free of charge. The first scrimmage will take place on Thursday, August 31st, 2023 at 9:30 am and doors open to the venue 15 minutes before each scrimmage starts. Spectators will be able to enter the venue through The Fronts Shop which is located on the corner of The Tragically Hip Way and Ontario Street. Scrimmage #1: Team Black vs. Team Gold – 9:30am-10:30am
Scrimmage #2: Team Grey vs. Team Gold – 1:30pm-2:30pm
Scrimmage #3: Team Grey vs. Team Black – 6:00pm-7:00pm
Friday, September 1st, 2023:
Scrimmage #4: Team Black vs. Team Gold – 9:00am-11:00am
- All three teams will be put back into two teams for the final scrimmage.
