The Kingston Frontenacs are proud to recognize World Down Syndrome Day with a special game-day tribute on Saturday, March 13, 2027, as they welcome the Barrie Colts to Slush Puppie Place for a 4:05 p.m. puck drop. The Frontenacs will take the ice in their Count Frontenac uniforms and wear special socks designed to promote awareness, celebrate inclusion and show support for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
The afternoon will also feature another Bring Your Own Bucket Popcorn Night in partnership with Slush Puppie Place. Fans are encouraged to bring a fun and creative container to have filled with fresh popcorn for a special flat rate. Join the Frontenacs for a meaningful and family-friendly Saturday afternoon featuring exciting OHL hockey, community recognition and an important celebration of inclusion.
