Become a Volunteer with the Kingston Frontenacs!
The Kingston Frontenacs Hockey Club is looking for energetic, hardworking, and hockey-minded individuals to join our volunteer game-day promotions team. Help bring the excitement to life through fan engagement, contests, giveaways, and in-game promotions.
Ideal Candidates:

- A high level of enthusiasm
- A passion for sports and live events
- A strong work ethic and dependable nature
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes
Types of Volunteer Roles:
- Mascot Handlers
- Emcee Assistants
- FanZone Coordinators
- Ice-Level Members
- Live Stage Members
- Other jobs as needed
Types of responsibilities performed by Volunteers:
- Attend pre-game meetings and review the game script
- Prepare game-day materials, including props, prizes, and promotional items
- Assist with live giveaways and in-game promotions
- Support pre-game experiences, including Benchwarmers, Rink of Dreams, and Flag Teams
- Engage with fans and select contestants for in-game activations
- Ensure all promotional items are accounted for and properly stored
- Respond to or direct fan feedback appropriately
- Assist with post-game teardown when required
- Complete other duties as assigned
All volunteers report to the Coordinator of In-Game Activities.
Requirements:

Availability for a minimum of 2 games per month

Attendance at orientation and any required training

Must have reliable transportation to and from Slush Puppie Place for games
- Must commit to volunteering for the full season
- Must maintain professionalism when working with and around our players, coaching staff and management
- Must be willing to work hard, be on time and present yourself professionally
- Ability to take the initiative on a task
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform some manual labour
