On Saturday, January 10, the Portland Winterhawks unveiled numbers 30-21 on the list of the Top 50 Winterhawks of All Time, presented by KOIN CW.

- Received the WHL Rookie of the Year award and was named a First Team Western Conference All-Star for the 2012-13 season.
- Received CHL Top Draft Prospect Award in 2012-13.
- Represented Team USA at the World Junior Championships in 2013, winning a gold medal. Lead all defensemen in the tournament with six assists.
