Johansen Leads Predators Past Colorado

We’ve spoken often on these pages about the progression of Seth Jones in Columbus. The other half of that all Winterhawk trade Ryan Johansen showed why the Nashville Predators are happy to have made that move. He assisted on Viktor Arvidsson’s goal early in the second period, then added the game-winner in the third period Tuesday in Colorado. The game-winner was vintage Johansen:

Baertschi Has Strong Week in Vancouver

Sven Baertschi fired home a couple goals for the Vancouver Canucks, first last Tuesday in their 5-4 win over Minnesota:

The greasy goal proved to be the game-winner, and he’d add another on Hockey Night in Canada in the Canucks’ shootout loss to Toronto:
