WHAT’S HAPPENING

GAME PREVIEW
The Regina Pats take on the Swift Current Broncos in the finale of their six game season series, with Regina 2-3-0 against Swift Current in the season set. The Pats last played the Broncos on March 15, falling 7-5 at home.
Zach Moore (2G-2A) and John Babcock (1G-3A) each have four points against the Broncos this season. Meanwhile, star forward Luke Mistelbacher has eight points (2G-6A) against the Pats, and captain Clarke Caswell has seven points (1G-6A).
The Pats are coming off a 4-0 loss to the Saskatoon Blades on Sunday which was their eighth shutout loss of the season, and ninth straight defeat. The Pats were outshot 39-23, and finished 0-1 on their power play and 0-1 on their penalty kill. The Pats were in the game throughout, trailing 1-0 after 40 minutes. The Blades would score three times in the third to wrap up the season series.
The Swift Current Broncos on the other hand picked up a 7-5 win over the Regina Pats on Saturday, breaking their three game skid. The Broncos have clinched a playoff spot with 71 points, and are five points back of the Edmonton Oil Kings for seventh.
Hunter Mayo recorded a career-high five points (2G-3A) while Rylan Gould (3G-1A) tallied his first career hat-trick. Reid Dyck got the win, making 25 saves on 30 shots. The Broncos outshot the Pats 43-30. The Broncos were 3-7 on their power play and 3-3 on their penalty kill.
WHO TO WATCH
John Babcock reaches a key milestone tonight, playing in career game #250. The North Vancouver, BC product has tallied a career-high 24 points (2G-22A) in 60 games this season.
