Pats Host RE/MAX Presents: Nickelodeon Night On Jan. 20 For Children’s Miracle Network
Regina, Sask. – The Regina Pats hockey club, in partnership with the Western Hockey League, is excited to announce the details for their RE/MAX Presents: Nickelodeon Night for Children’s Miracle Network on January 20, 2024 against the Medicine Hat Tigers.
RE/MAX Presents: Nickelodeon Nights for Children’s Miracle Network debuted during the 2022-23 WHL Regular Season – a charitable initiative driven by RE/MAX in partnership with Paramount Global, the parent company of global kids and family brand Nickelodeon.
The 2022-23 edition of RE/MAX Presents: Nickelodeon Nights for Children’s Miracle Network saw nearly $160,000 raised in support of Children’s Hospital Foundations across Western Canada.
On Jan. 20, the Pats game against the Medicine Hat Tigers will have a SpongeBob SquarePants theme, which will see the team wear special Patrick Star jerseys.
“RE/MAX is thrilled to once again collaborate with the WHL this season, in this initiative geared toward kids, in support of kids,” says Christopher Alexander, President of RE/MAX Canada. “The money raised will help fund the life-saving work of Children’s Miracle Network in many of the communities that RE/MAX serves and calls home.”
The Pats’ SpongeBob Squarepants theme night will also include special branded digital content and in-game activations. As part of this special game night, the Pats full Patrick Star theme jerseys, Pant Shells & Socks Kit will be auctioned online, with net proceeds going to Children’s Miracle Network. Winning bidders will participate in a player exchanges with details of which will be announced closer to the game date.
“The Regina Pats have had this date circled on our calendar for a long time and we can’t wait to deliver a fun, energetic game to our fans, while helping support Children’s Miracle Network,” Pats CEO Gord Pritchard said. “Last year the Pats raised $29,550 in jersey auction sales that were donated to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon. We’re looking forward another fun game-night and to once again help raise important funds for Children’s Miracle Network all across Western Canada and importantly here in Saskatchewan.”
The Children’s Miracle Network strives to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment, and research. Its various fundraising partners and programs support the mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
