Blue Topples the White
rLumsden, Saskatchewan – With 8 veteran players out of the line-up, it was the youngsters time to shine in the annual Prairie Mobile Communications Blue and White game. The blue got two goals from Michal Poletin in the second period with Jordan Weal assisting on both to pull out the 6-4 win. Garrett Mitchell made the game close in the third with a penalty shot goal to bring the White within one, but Weal picked up his 3rd assist on the night with a feed to Devon Allenby for the empty netter to seal the game.
