Bulldogs sign Chance Adams
BRANTFORD, ONTARIO. Brantford Bulldogs President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Spencer Hyman have announced the signing of free agent forward Chance Adams to an OHL Scholarship & Development Agreement.
Adams, a product of Nashville, TN, grew up in the Nashville Jr. Predators & Nashville Warriors programs before moving to Woonsocket, Rhode Island to attend Mount Saint Charles Academy. Adams skated three years at the legendary school program beginning with his 14U season and improving year over year. Adams went from producing 8 goals & 20 assists for 28 points in 57 games in 14U to 15 goals in back to back seasons in 15U & 16U, finishing his 16U season with a 15-35-50 line in 60 games. The 6’1”/185lbs right-shot began the 2025-26 season, his first in junior hockey, split between the Blackfalds Bulldogs of the BCHL & Janesville Jets of the NAHL before coming to Ontario and breaking out with the OJHL’s Markham Royals. After joining the Royals on January 12th, Adams went onto post 6 goals & 10 assists for 16 points across 18 games. Returning to Markham for the 2026-27 season, Adams was named as part of the leadership group for the Royals and has stormed out of the gates, leading the team with 7 goals & 8 assists for 15 points in just 9 games, with his 7 goals tied for first in the OJHL and 15 points placing him 2nd while being the youngest player in the among the top-5 in league scoring.
Adams will be available to the Bulldogs as an affiliate for the 2026-27 season before joining the team for the 2027-28 season.
