Sting Claim Vince Scott Off Waivers
General Manager Alan Millar announced this morning the Sarnia Sting Hockey Club has claimed overage forward Vince Scott off of waivers. Scott who scored a career high 18 goals last season had spent the previous 3 seasons with the Erie Otters and had begun this season with Erie.
The move will allow Scott to be reunited with current Sting and ex-Otters Head Coach Dave MacQueen.
In another move the club has announced that overage forward Anthony Pototschnik has been released.
