Sting And Whalers Tie…Again

Plymouth, MI – The Sarnia Sting and Plymouth Whalers got together on Saturday in Plymouth in the back end of a home and home pre season series.

The score in this game would be different from the night before in Sarnia however the result would be the same as the teams skated to a 3-3 draw.

Scoring for the Sting in this one would be Matt Martin, Ben O’Quinn and rookie Nathan Chiarlitti.

Both Sting goaltenders Shayne Campbell (18 saves) and Johnathon MacQueen (18saves) were strong in the Sting net.

The Sting continue pre season play on Thursday night when they travel to Windsor to take on the Spitfires.
