OHL Schedule Release
Sarnia, ON – The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club has released its schedule for the 2013-2014 season.
The Sting will open up the regular season Friday September 20 with the Oshawa Generals in town for the home and season opener.
Other highlights on the Sting schedule include Connor McDavid and the Erie Otters visiting RBC Centre twice this season (September 27th and February 28th), the North Bay Battalion making there first visit to the RBC Centre on Sunday, September 29th, the annual New Years Eve/New Years Day home and home versus the London Knights (New Years Eve in London, New Years Day in Sarnia), the OHL’s newest exceptional player Sean Day comes to the RBC Centre for the first time February 1st with the Mississauga Steelheads and as well as the Family Day afternoon game Monday, February 17th versus Saginaw Spirit at 2:05 pm.
As well the Sting have elected to change the start time of Sunday afternoon games to 4:05 pm for this upcoming season.
The 2013 Pre-Season schedule has also been released today and is as follows:
