Port Alberni, BC – Team Ontario faced off against Team Pacific Sunday night in the Gold Medal game at the World Under 17 Hockey Challenge.
Team Ontario, featuring Sting players Gregg Sutch and Nathan Chiarlitti, were looking to capture back-to-back Gold Medals at the tournament as well remain undefeated throughout the tournament.
The Ontario squad would cap a dominating effort throughout the entire tournament with a 5-1 win over Team Pacific.
Sutch would find the scoresheet in this game assisting on the game winning second goal.
The entire Sarnia Sting organization extends its congratulations to every member of Team Ontario.
