Clune Named To OHL Roster For OHL/Russia Game

Toronto, ON – The OHL roster for the 2005 ADT Canada Russia challenge was announced today and included Sting forward Richard Clune.

Clune who has previous experience with the Canadian program of excellence was a member of Team Ontario at the 2004 World Under 17 challenge and won silver with the Canadian Under 18 squad at the 2005 IIHF U-18 World Championships.

A committee consisting of Sting General Manager Alan Millar, Peterborough General Manager Jeff Twohey and representing Hockey Canada Blair Mackasey selected the Ontario team for the ADT Canada Russia challenge.

Team Ontario will take on the Russians November 24th in Kitchener and
November 28th in Peterborough.
