67’s Down Sting

Sarnia, ON – Legendary Head Coach Brian Kilrea made his final visit to the SSEC Saturday night with his Ottawa 67’s.

The Sting honoured “Killer” prior to the game as two of his former players, Sting Head Coach Dave MacQueen and Assisstant Greg Walters made the presentation on behalf of the organization.

Unfortunately for the Sting Kilrea and his current players also took home two points from the SSEC.

The Sting battled back hard from a 4-0 defecit but it was just too much to overcome as they would fall 5-4.

Matt Martin, Miroslav Preisinger, Justin DiBendetto and Jamie Arniel all scored for the Sting.
