Draft Profile: Chris Thibodeau

Christopher Thibodeau is known for his speed, and some would say he even has rockets on his skates. While some quick skaters are not agile, that is no problem for Thibodeau, who uses his edges to turn on a dime. While he struggled with his shot power in the younger age groups, he has grown and developed his shot into a primary part of his game.

Like Kingston’s first-round selection, Matthew Soto, Thibodeau looks up to legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady. While skating might be the best part of his game, his signing skills will likely not lead him to a music career, as he forgot the words to “The Good Old Hockey Game” while trying to sing them in a 2021 interview with 519 Sports Online.
