Frontenacs Trade Francesco Arcuri to Rangers in Exchange for Draft Picks
The Kingston Frontenacs have completed a trade with the Kitchener Rangers. Kitchener will receive forward Francesco Arcuri in exchange for six draft picks.

Kitchener Receives:
Francesco Arcuri
Arcuri, a Woodbridge, ON native, was selected by Kingston in the 2nd round, 27th overall, at the 2019 OHL Priority Selection. He has appeared in 155 games for the Black and Gold, scoring 64 goals and 64 assists during his OHL career. He is currently tied for the OHL lead in goals with 23 for the 2022-23 season.
During the 2021 NHL Draft, the Dallas Stars used the 175th overall pick to select Arcuri in the 6th round. He signed an entry level deal with the Stars in August of 2022.
“Obviously, it was a difficult decision to trade Francesco.” said Frontenacs General Manager Kory Cooper. “His development over his time in Kingston has been tremendous and has seen him sign his first NHL contract with Dallas. The trade provides us flexibility with assets, but more importantly shows our belief in the progression of our young players as we move forward. We wish Francesco continued success with Kitchener and into his pro hockey career”.
