Frontenacs send Gabriel Frasca to Erie in exchange for Draft Picks
The Kingston Frontenacs have completed a trade with the Erie Otters sending Gabriel Frasca to the Western Conference for future OHL Priority selections.
Kingston Receives:
2026 3rd Round – (SAR)
2026 10th Round – (ER)
2027 2nd Round – (ER)
2028 2nd Round – (ER)
2028 3rd Round – (ER)
2028 4th Round – (ER)
Erie Otters Receive:
Gabriel Frasca – C
2028 10th Round – (OS)
Frasca has spent two seasons in Kingston after being drafted in 2022. He has appeared in 102 regular season games scoring 30 goals and 36 assists. He has a career plus/minus of -26 and 50 penalty minutes. Gabriel went undrafted at the 2024 NHL Entry draft.
“Following the season, and again after not being selected in the NHL Draft, Gabriel made it clear through his agent that he wanted a fresh start and would not be returning to Kingston.” said General Manager Kory Cooper. “Gabe is a good player in this league and losing him from our lineup isn’t easy. The picks we are getting in return allow us to pursue another player that will contribute to our team immediately. We would like to wish Gabriel the best of luck with his new opportunity.”
Frontenacs training camp begins later this month. Dates and times for training camp will be posted to www.kingstonfrontenacs.com, along with all social media channels, when they become available.
