2022/23 Player Spotlight: Paul Ludwinski
Fresh off being selected in the second round of the 2022 NHL Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks, Paul Ludwinski returned to Kingston for his sophomore campaign. The speedy, two-way forward was originally selected by the Frontenacs fifth overall in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection. During his rookie season, Ludwinski showed why he was a top prospect entering the OHL. , scoring 16 goals, 27 assists and 43 points in 67 games. Injuries limited Paul during the 2022-23 season, but the newly named Frontenacs’ captain was electric in the games he played. He scored 9 goals, added 25 assists and finished with 34 points in 47 points. At the end of the season, the Pickering, Ontario native signed a three-year NHL entry-level contract with the Blackhawks.
