Colts Announce 2026 Training Camp Schedule
The Barrie Colts, announced today the club’s schedule for 2026 Training Camp. Camp will run from Monday, August 24 through Sunday, August 30 at Sadlon Arena, culminating in the annual Barrie Showcase, a four-team pre-season event on August 29 and 30.
All Training Camp sessions are free and open to the public, with the exception of the Barrie Showcase, which requires a ticket for entry.
TRAINING CAMP SCHEDULE
Monday, August 24 – Fitness Testing & Practice Camp opens with players divided into four squads – Navy, Gold, White and Red – who will rotate through fitness testing and on-ice practice sessions in shifts throughout the day at Sadlon Arena.
Tuesday, August 25 – Intra-Squad Scrimmages

Thursday, August 27 – Annual Blue and White Game The Colts’ top prospects will take the ice at 6:00 p.m. for the club’s annual Blue and White Game at Sadlon Arena, a Training Camp staple that gives fans their first look at this year’s roster in a game setting.
Friday, August 28 – Practice Time to be determined.
Saturday, August 29 & Sunday, August 30 – Barrie Showcase Training Camp concludes with the Barrie Showcase, as the Colts host a two-day pre-season event at Sadlon Arena featuring four Ontario Hockey League clubs: the Barrie Colts, Owen Sound Attack, Oshawa Generals and Brantford Bulldogs.
