The Moose Jaw Warriors are committed to our surrounding communities and assist many different organizations throughout the year. Our mandate is to support health, education, and minor hockey. While many organizations benefit from our assistance, there are limitations that prevent us from assisting all those who submit requests.
The following policies and procedures must be followed when requesting a donation:
• All requests must be submitted in writing by mail or email.
• All requests must come on the Organization or Charity’s official letterhead to the attention of Marianne Simon.
• Unless otherwise stated, organizations will receive one item per year in an attempt to help out a greater number of organizations.
• Merchandise given from the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club for use in charitable auctions cannot be sold later on for profit.
Due to the large volume of donation requests we receive, it is not possible to respond to every single inquiry. We will contact you if your request falls within our charitable guidelines WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for processing of the request. Please include, the details of your event (number of people attending, location, how it relates to the Moose Jaw Warriors, time, date and any other details).
