The Moose Jaw Warriors are committed to our surrounding communities and assist many different organizations throughout the year. Our mandate is to support health, education, and minor hockey. While many organizations benefit from our assistance, some limitations prevent us from assisting all those who submit requests.
The following policies and procedures must be followed when requesting a donation:
• All requests must be submitted in writing by mail or email
• All requests must come on the Organization or Charity’s official letterhead to the attention of Raea Gilroy
• Unless otherwise stated, organizations will receive one item per year in an attempt to help out a greater number of organizations
• Merchandise given from the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club for use in charitable auctions cannot be sold later on for profit
• Donations will not be shipped and must be picked up from the Moose Jaw Warriors Business Office
Due to the large volume of donation requests we receive, it is not possible to respond to every single inquiry. We will contact you if your request falls within our charitable guidelines. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for processing the request. Please note that requests made during the hockey season may require extra notice.
