MASCOT
- Reporting to the Manager, Game Day and Special Events, the Mascot will bring Morty the Moose to life during Warriors’ home games and select community events if needed
- Applicants must be outgoing, lively, and able to work for upwards of 3 hours in a mascot suit
- Ability to skate is considered a strong asset
- Applicants should be available for more than 50% of Warriors’ home games

AMBASSADORS
- Reporting to the Ambassador Supervisor, Ambassadors will assist in managing the game day experience
- Assist with entrance giveaways
- Answer fan questions and direct fans as necessary
- Manage crowd situations as they arise
- Must be available to work the majority of Warriors’ home games
- Applicants should be responsible, outgoing, and excited to share their love of Warriors’ hockey
- Assist with other game day tasks as assigned

KIDS ZONE SUPERVISOR
- Reporting to the Manager, Game Day and Special Events, the Kids Zone Supervisor will supervise a team of 2-3 staff, working collaboratively to manage all aspects of Kids Zone
- Manage all Kids Zone specific events including birthday parties and other special events
- Oversee the set up and tear down of Kids Zone activities (blow up hockey rink, video games, etc)
- Assist with any other game day tasks as assigned
- Applicants should be responsible, organized, and willing to manage a small team while working as part of a much larger game day team
- First Aid and child care courses are considered an asset
- Must be available for all Warriors’ home games

KIDS ZONE
- Reporting to the Kids Zone Supervisor, Kids Zone staff will assist in the management of all aspects of Kids Zone
- Help with the set up and tear down of all Kids Zone activities (blow up hockey rink, video games, etc.)
- Assist with the management of birthday parties and special Kids Zone events
- Oversee all Kids Zone activities and participants to ensure a safe and fun environment
- Assist with other game day tasks as assigned
- Applicants should be responsible, organized, and able to work well in a team setting
- Child care courses are considered an asset
- Must be available for all Warriors’ home games

ICE CREW
- Reporting to the Manager, Game Day and Special Events, Ice Crew will conduct twice-period scrapes of the ice surface and assist with the set up and take down of on-ice and off-ice intermission games as well as other duties as assigned
- Applicants must be good skaters with availability to work at least 3-4 Warriors’ home games per month

ANTHEM SINGERS
- Applicants should be available to join our current rotation of singers if desired
- An honorarium of 2 tickets per game will be awarded each time the applicant is scheduled to sing
