Warriors Solidify Scouting Staff
With the Moose Jaw Warriors 2016 Training Camp less than a month away, the Warriors have announced new additions to their scouting staff for the 2016-2017 season.
Returning to the Warriors scouting staff this year are Dale Britton, Don Stanton, Tyson Ramsey, Rob Evers, Brendan Wust, and Paul Willett, and new to the staff are Jason Pashelka, Jeremy Ebbett, and Tanner McCall.
“I am very pleased with the make-up of our staff. We have a really good group of guys that work well together,” commented Warriors Director of Scouting Doug Gasper. “We have a good mix of new young scouts and veteran leadership by our experienced guys and there is certainly a good open environment with sharing of information and working together.”
“I think that as an organization we have really added a strong connection and knowledge base in Midget AAA and Junior A,” Gasper added. “We have added some scouts that are heavily involved in those areas and that knowledge really helps us determine who is committed to the WHL, as well as in our listing of players that were not drafted. It really gives us a strong overall picture of eligible players.”
