Zack Ostapchuk

From St. Albert, Alberta, Zack Ostapchuk was the first-round draft pick of the Giants in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft (12th overall). He signed with the G-Men in May, 2018. Since then, Ostapchuk recorded his first point as a Giant on October 10th, 2019 in Winnipeg. Not too long after, he scored his first goal with the Giants on Oct. 12, 2019 against Regina. During the 2021 season in Kamloops/Kelowna, Zack Ostapchuk scored seven goals along with nine assists for 16 points. He was named the Giants Most Improved Player for 2021. In July 2021, Ostapchuk was selected 39th overall by the Ottawa Senators. He signed with the Sens later in September of 2021. In March of 2022, Zack Ostapchuk was named the 19th captain in the history of the Vancouver Giants. He finished his third WHL season with a team-leading 26 goals along with 17 assists for 43 points. He then led all Giants with 23 points in 12 playoff games.
