Pats Fall in Moose Jaw

Nothing like one of the best rivalries in the WHL to open up the brand new Mosaic Place in Moose Jaw. Tyler Borstmayer will have the honour of scoring the first ever goal at the new rink as the Pats took a 1-0 lead, the two exchanged goals until the Warriors went up 3-2 after the first period.

In the second, Jack Rodewald and Brett Lyon each scored as the Warriors held the 1 goal lead into the third. From there, Quinton Howden scored his second of the game and Sean Aschim also scored for the 6-3 win.

Over the weekend of action, the Pats split with the Warriors with an even combined score of 8-8.

Pats next action is Friday night in Shaunavon as they face the Medicine Hat Tigers.
