The Week That Was
Wednesday, December 5th – Red Deer 5 @ Pats 1
It was a special night when 5,858 fans were on hand to see Jordan Eberle’s number 7 rise to the rafters of the Agridome. After the pre-game celebration, the Pats couldn’t keep the party going against the Red Deer Rebels. Rhyse Dieno busted out for 4 points on the night as he led the Rebels to a 5-1 victory over the Pats. Adam Rossignol had the lone Pats goal.
Saturday, December 8th – Pats 0 @ Saskatoon 9
It was the Blades show from the drop of the puck Saturday night. Three goals in the first, three in the second and three in the third powered Saskatoon to a 9-0 home win. Matej Stransky had a four point night while Josh Nicholls pushed his goal total to 21 on the season. Andrey Makarov made 15 saves for his third shutout of the season.
Sunday, December 9th – Saskatoon 7 @ Pats 0
The Blades scoring spree carried over to Sunday’s game as they put up three goals in the first and second periods once again. Matej Stransky continued to pour in the points with three on the night while Josh Nicholls scored two in the game for the fourth time against the Pats to push the total to 7-0 on the afternoon. At the conclusion of the game, Pats fans opened fire, tossing teddy bears to the ice surface to be distributed to some very deserving kids this week.

The Week Ahead
Thursday, December 13th – Prince Albert @ Pats (Thirsty Thursday)
In the Pats final home game before Christmas, the Blue and White match up with the Raiders for the third time in recent weeks. Regina grabbed the first meeting between the teams, but couldn’t find a victory in the two latest battles in Prince Albert and Regina.
Saturday, December 15th – Pats @ Calgary
The Pats make their first trip to the Saddledome to face the Hitmen for the second time this season. Calgary got the better of Pats in the teams’ first meeting of the season in Regina. The Hitmen took the game by a 4-1 count on the strength of two late empty netters.
Sunday, December 16th – Pats @ Edmonton
The Pats found plenty of success against the defending WHL Champions last season, winning all four games against the Oil Kings. They look to keep that trend going when they head to Edmonton for the first time this season to take on Griffin Reinhart and the Oil Kings.

Special Delivery
The Pats head around Regina Tuesday to deliver the Teddy Bears fans tossed to the ice after Sunday’s game. The Pats visit the Regina General and Pasqua Hospitals along with the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre and SCEP Centre to deliver the toys to kids.
Thirsty Thursday
