RECAP: Pats drop Back and Forth Affair in Moose Jaw Friday
The Regina Pats dropped a back and forth affair in Moose Jaw to the Warriors 5-4 on Friday night. The Warriors took a 2-0 lead early in the first. The Pats responded with four unanswered and led 4-2 at the break. The Warriors turned things around in the second with three goals and took the lead back 5-4. The Warriors held the Pats off in the third and climbed to within three points of the Pats for first in the East Division. Luc Smith scored twice in the loss for the Pats, Chase Harrison and Sam Steel also had two point outings. Tyler Brown stopped 24 of 29 shots faced in the loss. The Pats will host a rematch with the Warriors on Saturday night at the Brandt Centre at 7 p.m.
