GAME DAY: Hurricanes Wrap Up 3-in-3 Against Tigers
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes complete a three-in-three weekend tonight at 6:00pm when they welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers to the ENMAX Centre.
The Hurricanes (19-10-4-2) earned an 8-4 win last night in Cranbrook against the Kootenay Ice. Jake Leschyshyn and Dylan Cozens both scored twice while Danila Palivko, Calen Addison, Nick Henry and Jordy Bellerive scored the other goals in the win. The ‘Canes improved to 10-2-2-0 in their last 14 games.
The Tigers (19-15-2-1) are coming off back-to-back wins over the Kootenay Ice and Victoria Royals. Medicine Hat earned a 4-2 win over the Royals last night. James Hamblin scored twice while Ryan Chyzowski and Ryan Jevne scored in the victory.
Tonight will be the sixth of 10 head-to-head meetings on the season between the Hurricanes and Tigers. Lethbridge has posted a 3-1-1-0 record in the previous five games this season.
