GAME DAY: Hurricanes End Weekend Against Oil Kings at ENMAX Centre
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes will welcome the Edmonton Oil Kings tonight at 7:00pm at the ENMAX Centre in the final of three games in four nights between the two teams.
The Hurricanes (7-7-2-0) earned a 6-5 shootout victory on Saturday at the DCA in Edmonton against the Oil Kings. Noah Boyko scored three times while Justin Hall and Zack Stringer added singles before Logan Barlage scored the shootout winner. Lethbridge enters play tonight 4-1-0-0 in their last five games and are 4-4-0-0 at the ENMAX Centre this season.
The Oil Kings (13-1-0-1) were handed just their second loss of the season last night. Jalen Luypen, Kaid Oliver, Jake Neighbours and Caleb Reimer scored in the defeat. The five goals allowed was the most goals surrendered this season by the Oil Kings. Edmonton enters tonight with a perfect 7-0-0-0 record on the road this season.
