The Swift Current Broncos have partnered with Innovation Credit Union to launch the Broncos’ involvement in Innovation’s iRead program! Throughout the hockey season, players will have the opportunity to visit all five elementary schools in Swift Current. During these visits, players will engage in reading sessions, autograph signings, distribution of ticket vouchers, and interactive activities with the enthusiastic young Broncos fans throughout the city!
2018-19
On November 19th, 2018, 10 players visited all five local schools to read Good Night Hockey to students.
On Monday, December 10th, ten Broncos players visited all five local schools ahead of the Christmas holiday to read ‘There’s a Dragon in Your Book’ to students.
On Monday, February 11th, the Broncos completed their final school visits of the season for the Innovation iRead program. The boys read ‘Can I Be Your Dog?’ to five different class rooms across the city.

On November 16th, 2017, the boys visited all five schools to read How to Track a Truck to students.
With some new faces on the Broncos roster, On February 13th, 2018, the team conducted their third blitz across all Swift Current schools to read The Very Sleepy Bear.
