Swift Current Broncos Ticket Policies
The Swift Current Broncos are committed to providing a fair, consistent and enjoyable ticketing experience for all fans. The following policies apply to tickets for Broncos games at the InnovationPlex unless otherwise indicated.
General Admission Requirements
- Every guest must have a valid ticket for the game they are attending, except children three years of age and younger who do not require their own seat.
- Children admitted without a ticket must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and may not occupy a separate seat.
- Student tickets require valid student identification at the time of purchase and may also require identification when entering the InnovationPlex.
- Guests must retain their ticket throughout the event and sit in the location identified on their ticket.
- A ticket is valid only for the game, date and seat identified on the ticket.
- Tickets are subject to availability.
Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for single-game tickets, season tickets, ticket packages, group tickets, promotional tickets or redeemed ticket vouchers, except when specifically authorized by the Swift Current Broncos.
Fans are responsible for confirming the game date, seat location and ticket category before completing their purchase.
Missing a game for personal reasons, illness, weather, road conditions or travel difficulties does not qualify the ticket holder for a refund, credit or exchange.
Postponed, Rescheduled or Cancelled Games
If a game is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled game unless otherwise announced by the Broncos.
If a game is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, the Broncos will announce the options available to affected ticket holders. Refunds or credits, when applicable, will be issued to the original purchaser and through the original method of purchase.
Digital, Printed and Season-Ticket Tickets
- Each ticket contains a unique barcode that may be scanned only once.
- The first valid ticket scanned will be admitted. Copies, screenshots or duplicate printouts presented after the original barcode has been scanned will not be accepted.
- Fans are encouraged to add digital tickets to their mobile device or have them ready before arriving at the entrance.
- The Broncos are not responsible for tickets obtained from unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Lost or misplaced tickets may be reissued only after the original purchaser and ticket account have been verified.
- A $10 replacement fee applies when a physical season-ticket card must be reprinted.
Season-ticket members may transfer individual game tickets through their Broncos ticket account. Once transferred, the original ticket will no longer be valid if a new barcode has been issued.
Ticket Resale and Transfer
Tickets may be transferred to family members, friends, clients or other guests for personal use.
The resale of tickets or merchandise on InnovationPlex property is prohibited. Tickets may not be resold for commercial or promotional purposes without authorization from the Swift Current Broncos.
The Broncos cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through an unauthorized reseller and are not responsible for losses resulting from fraudulent, duplicated or invalid tickets.
Ticket Packages, Vouchers and Promotional Tickets
- Ticket vouchers must be redeemed through the method identified on the voucher.
- Redemption is subject to seating availability and is not guaranteed for sold-out or high-demand games.
- Unless otherwise stated, vouchers and promotional tickets have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- A voucher is not a game ticket and does not guarantee admission until it has been redeemed for a ticket.
- Certain packages, discounts and promotional offers may have specific purchase deadlines, eligible games or other restrictions.
- Complimentary and promotional tickets may not be resold.
Group Tickets
Group rates and benefits apply only when the minimum required number of tickets is purchased through the Broncos.
Group seating is subject to availability. While the Broncos will make every reasonable effort to seat a group together, adjoining seats cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed at the time of purchase.
Group tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Season Tickets
Season-ticket memberships apply to the games and benefits specifically included in the membership package. Preseason, playoff, special-event or neutral-site games are not included unless expressly stated.
Seat relocations are subject to availability and the deadlines established for each season. Current relocation deadlines and procedures are available on the Broncos’ Season Ticket Memberships page.
Season-ticket members are responsible for the conduct of anyone using tickets issued through their account.
Broncos Alumni Tickets
Swift Current Broncos alumni are eligible to receive one complimentary ticket to each Broncos regular-season home game.
Alumni are asked to contact The Stable in advance to reserve their ticket. Complimentary alumni admission does not automatically include additional guest tickets. Any additional tickets must be purchased at the applicable price.
This policy applies to regular-season home games and does not automatically apply to preseason, playoff, special-event or neutral-site games.
Scout Admission
The following scouting admission policies apply to Broncos home games:
- NHL scouts presenting a valid NHL scouting pass are eligible for complimentary admission.
- Individuals presenting a valid CHL Pass are eligible for complimentary admission in accordance with CHL and WHL policies.
- NCAA scouts and representatives are responsible for purchasing a ticket.
- Affiliation with a hockey team, league, school or scouting organization does not automatically provide complimentary admission.
Eligible scouts are encouraged to contact the Broncos before game day. A valid pass and government-issued identification may be required when collecting a ticket.
Accessible Seating
Fans requiring accessible seating or companion seating are encouraged to contact The Stable before purchasing. Accessible seating is subject to availability, and the Broncos will make reasonable efforts to accommodate each guest’s needs.
Game Dates and Starting Times
Game dates and starting times are subject to change. Schedule changes will be communicated through the Broncos’ website and official social-media channels.
Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing the current schedule before travelling to the game.
Entry and Fan Conduct
Use of a Broncos ticket constitutes agreement to follow the InnovationPlex rules, the Swift Current Broncos Code of Conduct and the reasonable directions of Broncos staff, arena staff and security personnel.
Failure to comply may result in denied entry, removal from the InnovationPlex, suspension of ticket privileges or an extended ban from Broncos events. A guest who is denied entry or removed for violating these policies is not eligible for a refund.
Policy Updates
The Swift Current Broncos reserve the right to update these policies when required. Policies may also be affected by WHL, CHL, InnovationPlex, government or public-safety requirements.
When a ticket-specific offer or package includes terms that differ from this page, the terms provided with that offer or package will apply.
